Odebrecht Agroindustrial's reputation is one of its most valuable assets.



Odebrecht AgroIndustrial, in accordance with its Policy for Ethical, Irreproachable and Transparent Operations has created a communications channel available for its Employees, Subcontractors, Suppliers, Clients and other Partners (The Ethics Phone Line), operating 24 hours a day, which allows them to report any irregularities and unethical behaviour from the Employees or Subcontractors in order to provide information that will keep the working environment safe, irreproachable and transparent.

Should you feel that there is any discomfort or violation of the Ethical Code of Conduct or the Ethical Code of Conduct for Suppliers, the Ethical Phone Line can be used.

All reports received through this means of communication will be registered and investigated independently, impartially, methodologically and with legal support, guaranteeing confidentiality, anonymity and protection against retaliation for the person reporting the misconduct.


Registration of violation of the Code of Conduct

For the violation of the code of conduct to be fully investigated, report the occurrence. The more details you provide, the easier it is to investigate. Whenever possible, please include the following relevant information in your report:

  • Who are the people and/or places involved?
  • Are there any witnesses?
  • How often has this violation occurred?
  • Are there, have there been or will there be any financial values involved? Please give details.
