Odebrecht Agroindustrial works with the production and commercialization of ethanol, electrical energy from biomass and sugar

Founded in 2007, Odebrecht Agroindustrial produces and commercializes ethanol (anhydrous and hydrous), VHP sugar and biomass for the cogeneration of electrical energy, which are commercialized in both the national and international markets. There are 9 Agroindustrial units, 2 of which were acquired and seven were from the greenfield projects, located in the states of São Paulo, Goiás, Mato Grosso do Sul and mato Grosso do Norte. The administrative headquarters is located in the city of São Paulo and there is also an office in the municipality of Campinas, in the center of São Paulo state.

The company works through Product Nuclei, guaranteeing a greater synergy between the agricultural and industrial operations. The activities are shared amongst the following nuclei:

Araguaia – made up of the Água Emendada and Morro Vermelho units
Eldorado – made up of the Eldorado unit
Goiás – made up of the Rio Claro unit
Santa Luzia – made up of the Santa Luzia unit 
São Paulo – made up of the Alcídia and Conquista do Pontal units
Taquari – made up of the Alto Taquari and Costa Rica units
